I’ve been delighted to follow the extreme vegan deliciousness Candice Hutchings the Edgy Veg shares online for a while now.
Candice is on, “a journey to revolutionise how we think about food, eco-conscious living, and feminism.”
Todays conversation certainly covers delicious vegan recipes with attitude. Candice built her huge Edgy Veg platform by creating Carnivore-Approved Vegan Recipes, in fact her book The Edgy Veg: 138 Carnivore-Approved Vegan Recipes shares an abundance of them.
And yet what I really respect and value about Candice’s approach is her ability to step away from the online persona she had that did not feel authentic and now share with both candour and humour the real, genuine face and feelings of The Edgy Veg.
In this conversation we cover:
