Prior marine, 3 times natural body building champion and master fitness trainer Korin Sutton knows true strength means standing up standing up for those more vulnerable than you.
Korin has been vegan for around 9 years and excels at helping people get shredded and fit as a vegan.
In this conversation Korin shares how his experience in the military prepared him to understand why what we do to animals is so wrong. We also discuss how in the same way that there is no such thing as an ex marine there is also no such thing as an ex vegan.

For a little official bio: Korin is an ISSA Certified Sport Nutritionist and Fitness Trainer, Mad Dogg Athletics Certified SPIN Instructor, and has an AA in Exercise Science. Before he was in the health and fitness field Korin was in the military for 8 years and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom III and IV. 4 years active United States Marine Corps and 4 years in the United States Navy Reserves.
