Nancy Leeds Gribble was a successful real estate agent, happily married with a young son when her life was devastated by the death of her husband. We all know life isn’t fair and this was the beginning of a series of unwanted and unexpected life turns.
Driven by the need to live a long, fit and healthy life for her son Nancy found made the transition from animal loving yet not so health focused vegan to a dedicated proponent for plant-based eating and fitness for real women.
Nancy is an advocate for women who are perimenopausal, in menopause and postmenopausal. She understands the unique challenges women face during this phase of life and can offer valuable advice on using plant-based nutrition and holistic practices to support overall well-being and manage menopausal symptoms.
This is a conversation about overcoming adversity, the power of whole plant foods AND the opportunity we have to live our best lives in our best bodies as we rock into our 50’s and beyond.

I am a huge proponent of modelling success. Finding the individuals that lead the life and have the results you are seeking.
It’s what I did when I first became vegan and thankfully could find the athletes and activists that had the lean yet muscular body I was looking to maintain without any animal products.
If gave me proof that the comment I received from a colleague at the gym: “Goodbye lean muscle mass” was wrong!
In seeking out your models it’s important to find someone of a similar age, even a bit older. Someone paving the path to a fit, healthy and vibrant future – whatever that means for YOU.
