Holistic wellness coach and founder of Sexy Fit Vegan, Ella Magers is on a mission to help people break free from yo-yo dieting and build sustainable, plant-strong lifestyles.
A vegan, for the animals since age 15 Ella’s passionate, open-hearted approach and the skills she shares so generously, come in large part from her own hard learnt lessons.
It’s often the way right? In fact I relate to so much of Ella’s journey. The crushing disappointment you feel as a teenager when the people around you don’t get that animals are friends not food.
The pressure you lump on yourself to rock around as the strongest, fittest, leanness – perfect – version of how a plant-fuelled body can look. From a past of disordered eating to a more recent changing awareness of what “sexy” might mean and is it still appropriate as we power into our 40’s and beyond?

For a little official bio: Ella holds a Master’s in Social Work, is certified as a personal trainer and eating disorder recovery coach, and brings over a decade of experience in transformative coaching. She’s also a Muay Thai and yoga practitioner, a former bodybuilding champion, and has been recognized globally by Bodybuilding.com and Shape Magazine. Ella also contributes to the Hogs & Kisses Farm Sanctuary board.

This is so true. I feel like I waste a lot of energy trying to fight things – and this certainly does not only relate to food – rather than Pausing and taking the time to understand (to Evaluate and to Anticipate) and then likely Choose a much better decision to Execute for future Kate.
