YES! It is my industry and I am super skeptical. The agenda fuelled misinformation propagated across health and fitness is both frustrating and infuriating.
Certified nutrition coach and high-performance physique engineer Philip Pape, embodies a healthy skepticism of exercise and nutrition science. His approach to achieving physical self-mastery through building muscle and losing fat, without dieting or restriction is refreshing and genuine.
I speak a lot about creating a body and life you love.

The global transition away from animal agriculture and indeed away from any animal exploitation I am seeking, will have to include – and WELCOME – the plant-based curious not only vegans.
Happily, while guesting on non-vegan shows I have discovered that there are compassionate and open-minded people outside my vegan bubble! That generally, we have more in common with someone than not. Who’d have thought?
