Here are a couple of considerations I find helpful in making your (my!) ideal fat burning day happen…
One: To have any chance of ideal happening you need to know – in advance – exactly what ideal would look like.
You’re 100% not going to arrive at ideal without some fore-thought. We’ll get to that soon.
Two: To have any chance of ideal happening you also need to let go of perfect.
Perfect is unattainable. As such it’s an excuse to not even try. In contrast ideal takes into account the cards you’re dealt on any given day. You can still choose the ideal response to an unideal situation.
