HI, Kate here with a brainb4body Monthly Recap.
My goal with this video is to help you find whatever brainb4body content is most relevant – and most implementable – for you.
Let’s make mindset actionable!
- I’ll highlight the new posts each month including my absolute total fav.
- I’ll also take you behind the brainb4body scenes to reveal my recent food and exercise upgrades (a big one this month) AND my current food and exercise STRUGGLES. YES, I have them too!
- Finally I’d like to share what’s working for YOU – simply let me know how you’re going… where you’re really kicking butt and odds on you’ll find yourself rockin a monthly recap.
COOL, let’s get to it.

WHAT’S WORKING FOR YOU:
I’m handing over to Barb from QLD for this one. Barb is half way through my 30 day body transformation program B3Blitz and writes….
“I’m loving all your new information. I have eliminated the obvious carbs – bread – don’t need it, cauliflower has become my new potato, but still have some work to do on the wine front – this is my big problem, but have managed to cut back a bit. It was really quite devastating to read that I was not going to achieve results if I drank a bottle a night -only kidding!
Loving my increased amount of veg, & protein. I make up a big “shredded cabbage” bag every couple of days & then mix in various other veg, shredded chicken etc. have cut back on dairy except for yogurt & feta
While I still have a long journey ahead, I feel more relaxed about the process of losing weight, & not deprived of anything. Surprisingly not having any cravings – what a good thing.
Also not tempted to have horrid takeaway stuff.”
Cheers, Barb – I LOVE the sound of the changes you’ve made. No feelings of restriction or cravings – now that’s what I’m talking about, good on you.
Here are the details for the 30 day program that Barb is rocking right now:
That’s it – I’d love to hear your thoughts on my Monthly Recap?
Perhaps what to include? Even what to ditch?
I’m down with whatever feedback you have for me, thanks so much for spending some time with me and see you soon!
