What if I HATE exercise? Don’t have access to the gym? Don’t have an hour a day? Can’t Run? Can-only-workout-15-minutes-a-day-at-home-with-ZERO-equipment?
I need your commitment however I don’t need you to slog it out for hours or spend a heap of money.
Your mindset comes first. Food is second. Exercise is a distant third.
Having said that my personal commitment to YOU is that I will deliver within the community the workouts that you can do regardless of your fitness level, injuries, time or equipment available.

When do workouts get released?
Monthly workouts at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels are released the first Thursday of the month. Weekly workouts are released mid week.
